We are members of the BIHA - (British Inflatable Hirers Association) and have full public and employers liability insurance.
Our terms and conditions of hire are listed below and must be complied with. This will ensure that we will always be able to provide a safe, clean and professional service and make your party a safe and fun place to be.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE
The safe operation of the inflatable becomes your responsibility once it has been set up by our operative.
7. No children with any medical condition. (eg. brittle bone, temporary injuries)
8. Do not tamper with the appliance once inflated and securely fastened although regular checks on ties, pegs and fans should be carried out.
9. Limit the number of children to all inflatables to a safe number depending on age and size.
10. No food, drinks, lollys or silly string.
11. Do not attempt to clean the unit with anything but soapy water.
12. Avoid having older and younger children on the inflatable at the same time.
13. All pets must be kept away from the inflatable at all times.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
A £10.00 deposit is required to book a hire unit, if the booking is cancelled due to bad weather we can either transfer the booking to an alternative date or refund your deposit. However if your party has been cancelled for any other reason then you will forfeit your deposit. Deposits can be paid over the phone with a credit/debit card.
PAYMENT
Payments are usually made on delivery, we accept cash, cheques made payable to Party Time Limited or credit/debit card at our shop. |
